Following the success of the spring event which welcomed over 4,000 prospective buyers, the London Home Show will be returning to the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in Westminster on Saturday 21st September 2019, between 11am to 5pm.
In partnership with Shared Ownership Week, Share to Buy will be hosting its bi-annual affordable homes exhibition once again this autumn, helping Londoner’s to navigate their way through the market and take their first steps on to the property ladder.
The event will host London’s leading housing providers with exhibitors offering free advice on alternative home buying options such as Shared Ownership. With hundreds of homes available across London and the Home Counties, the biggest names in housing will be present on the day, including L&Q, Southern Home Ownership, Notting Hill Genesis, SO Resi by Metropolitan Thames Valley, Clarion Housing, Peabody, Catalyst, Fabrica, Red Loft, JLL and Savills.
The event will also host some of the capital’s biggest providers of Help to Buy homes including Countryside Properties and Crest Nicholson.
On the day there will be live ‘Ask the Expert’ Q&A sessions, while independent mortgage advisers and conveyancing solicitors will be on hand to offer free financial, legal and practical advice to anyone looking to buy their own home.
Among the 50+ exhibitors, attendees will have the chance to talk with Shared Ownership Week partners including Catalyst, Clarion Housing, Home Group, Hyde New Homes, L&Q, NU living, Network Homes, Newlon Living, Notting Hill Genesis, Peabody, SO Resi, and Southern Home Ownership.
